Someone is Praying for You

As I begin typing tonight I have no clue who will stumble upon this post. One thing I do know is that sooner or later all of us will go through a struggle and need comfort. During one of my darkest nights, my brother shared these verses with me and it was a tremendous comfort. I hope Romans 8:26-27 will be special for you too.

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.”

Isn’t that powerful? When we are overwhelmed the Holy Spirit takes the cry of our hearts and makes intercession for us. Sometimes we don’t know where to begin or how to pray, but God knows. He interprets our heartbreak and prays for us. Today, whatever difficulty you are facing take comfort that Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is praying for you. There is no better person to pray for you than your Creator and Savior. You can walk through the valley in peace and comfort knowing He is holding your hand (Isaiah 41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee) and praying for YOU!
